In the 30 or so years of my adult life that I've bought cars, this was the most pleasant experience. Not only was Jackie DeWitt easy to talk with, she made the deal very clear to my wife and I, the clearest I've ever had (after buying a dozen or so cars in my life). She made us feel comfortable asking questions, and she worked hard to get the deal to the point where we could afford it, and never ever made us feel that buying a mere Cruze made us somehow less important than the folks buying a Suburban. Everyone in the dealership works hard to be sure the customer feels they're valued and that return business is important. It's how it was when we bought cars from those small hometown dealers run by a neighbor or friend, in the days before megadealerships took over everything. And it was professional and honest, too. A clean and modern facility. Good selection of vehicles. Just a great experience.
