When I arrived at the dealership as soon as I walked in the door no one wanted to help me. The reason I stayed was because of Wes he was a very nice guy and helpful. It was a very long process took most of the day. I traded a car in and the pictures they posted on their website of my trade in had pictures of me and my license plates on the car. You would think as a bigger dealership mistakes would not be made like this .
