Although the first salesperson I worked with was not being responsive, Bill in the preowned department picked it up, gave me the correct information I needed, and then made a fair deal on the car I wanted, and kept his word on some work needed after the sale. Although there were some glitches he and Ryan in parts/service spent time on their time off to make it right. Can't ask for much more than that, and a lot of dealers wouldn't have done all that.
