Dan Buck Chevrolet
Dealership Sales Review
I am the first to admit to not being too savvy about buying from a dealer , but I am now. Went with my daughter to replace her 15yr. old beater with something safer. Found a 05 Cobalt at Buck Chevy that she could afford. The salesman told both of us while we were sitting across from him that we could purchase a bumper to bumper warranty for $900 for 5 yrs. We both heard the same thing and I would never told her to do it if I would have known it was actually for 1yr. or up to 50,000 miles and the car had 47,900 already on it. The reason I am posting this is as a warning to anyone purchasing a car from these [violative content deleted]. Do not trust them and do not believe anything they tell you. Get a lawyer to read any and all paperwork before signing. The reason we found this out was a wheel bearing going bad and 3wks. of calls and their running my daughter around playing phone tag. I can't take the chance of the wheel flying off so will pay for repairs at a private mechanic. Wish I would have read the reviews here before buying a car from them. And if there is a "The other side of the coin" posted from them, it is just covering their [violative content deleted] because that's where their integrity comes from
