false advertising or bait and switch

I called about a vehicle stock #2050 they said that they had it, i showed up 2 hours later and they said it just sold 45 minutes ago,so i ask about 5 other cars they had listed on auto trader and they said they were sold also. this is 4 going on 5 weeks later and they are still listed on auto trader. I called about the one that i originally went to see three weeks after my visit to there lot and they told me over the phone that yes we have that car in. How and why they are even still open is hard to imagine. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE.

Actually, as of 4:46 on Tuesday, December 08, 2009, that vehicle, stock number 2050, IS still available. Maybe it was not there when you showed up, but is still in their inventory. Good luck!

My name is Jeff and I am the general manager of Buck Chevrolet. Now that I have introduce myself, allow me to share with you the other side of the coin. As with most companies, we have outside businesses that provide services to us that aid us in marketing of vehicles online. The vehicle inventory is posted in our inventory system and then is dispersed to over 50 different online search engines. I have checked our main website and the vehicle in question hasn't been listed for sometime, I am currently researching any residual advertisements that may exist for this vehicle on the outside advertising mediums. Although no system is perfect, we do apologies for any inconvenience that "glitches" may cause. We do our best to keep prices down by keeping expenses down while maintaining the best possible purchase experience for our customers.
