Stay as far away as possible from this place. Very dishonest dealership

Continually advertise vehicles online and they do not have. Called and said we would be in and wanted to confirm vehicle was in. Went there and was told it was out, would be back in a few minutes. Waited 15 minutes only to be told it would not be back that same day. Left our # and was told we would be called the next day, which we was not. Called about the vehicle a week later and was given a "song and dance" Called back two days later and was told it was sold. # weeks later, the vehicle is still online. It appears they are the only ones giving themselves good reviews. Buyer beware.......stay away

My name is Jeff and I am the general manager of Buck Chevrolet.
Now that I have introduced myself, allow me to share with you the other side of the coin.
With over 17500 online visitors per month, we do our best to get back with customers to the best of our ability in a timely manner. We have this number of visitors because we keep our costs and expenses down to keep our prices down. The reason people come from so far is because of the price of our vehicles..Given these simple facts, we have folks come from great distances. I understand when people get angry and frustrated when someone beats them to "the deal"
We are the fastest growing dealership in the area for a reason.
We cant be everything to everyone.
