Horrible Customer Service - Do NOT Recommend

Drove 3 hours in one direction to look at a vehicle that had been sold the day before. We wouldn't be upset if we wouldn't have called right before driving the 3 hours to check if the vehicle was still on the lot. We made it very clear where we were coming from. Even asked to put a deposit on the vehicle to assure it would be there. They don't take deposits unless you are from out of state. The sales person was very unprepared over the phone. Didn't even have a calculator. When we arrived to discover that the vehicle was sold and I stand in the show room lobby with 2 small children in tow, the General Manager actually said - "I see that we have 2 options here. 1 - You give us what you are looking for and we find it or 2 - We just part ways and know that it just wasn't meant to be." Then asked us to leave. After our experience we feel fortunate that we didn't buy there because if there were problems with the vehicle they wouldn't be resolved easily.

My name is Jeff and I am the General Manager for Buck Chevrolet. I remember this situation, you were working with a female salesperson and conducted yourself very inappropriately. The use of profanity (especially with a younger female salesperson) isn't tolerated and anyone who carries themself in this fashion will be asked to leave. Period. There is certain conduct that is unbecoming for adults. Cars sell, life happens...that is no reason to be verbally abusive and spout profanity to a single mother trying to feed her family. In retrospec I am glad you didnt buy also.

THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD STOCK #2050 AND HAD FIVE OTHER CARS WE WERE INTERESTED IN AND WHEN WE ARRIVED ALL OF THESE CARS WERE GONE. I WAITED THREE WEEKS TO SEE IF THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO ADVERTISE THESE CARS ON LINE AND THEY DID. SO I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD STILL CLAIM TO HAVE THESE VEHICLES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE STILL AVAILABLE. WE DROVE A GOOD DISTANCE TO SEE THESE CARS AND CALLED IN ADVANCE. SHAME ON THIS DEALERSHIP,THEY SHOULD BE IN QUESTION OF BAIT AND SWITCH, WHICH IS AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE. ALSO THE SALES MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.
