The purchase was not difficult but the paperwork when I picked up the vehicle was not all in order. The salesman was hard to get in touch with. I purchased the vehicle from several states away so communication was important. I have an issue with the truck and have called back to discuss a repair but I have not received any return calls from the dealership.
