Liberty Ford Brunswick

First off, I won’t lie, I hate shopping for cars. After driving my last car to the death, it was that time again. My wife and I looked through cargurus and she found a good deal on a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Liberty Ford. The next day we accidentally went to the wrong dealership. We didn’t realize this until we started talking to the dealer who told us the car we were interested in was at Liberty Ford down the street. Of course he had something similar but couldn’t go down even after he talked to his manager in the back. Everyone reading this knows that same old song and dance. The manager then came out in typical used car salesman mode and told us what a great deal this, and I won’t find a better deal etc., etc., etc. He went on about how his dealership is the best of the best and how every other dealership is sub par. Again, same old song and dance. I thanked him and told him I’ll think about it maybe be back. My wife and I laughed and rolled our eyes and said we’re going to hear that everywhere we go, some things never change. Thankfully we were wrong. Our dealer was Cindy and boy, was she a breath of fresh air. She was friendly, not pushy, and professional through and through. If fact, I believe that is the way things are operated by everyone there. Salespeople take note- this is how it’s done! My wife and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a new vehicle. As I stated before, I hate shopping for cars, but it’s inevitable the day will come when I need to get a new one. Without question I will be returning to Liberty Ford and hopefully have Cindy again.
