Kyle Eaton has been with me pretty much through the life of my vehicle. I think I have been working with Kyle about 8 years? My vehicle finally reached it’s lifetime this last visit and Kyle was sensitive to deliver the news to me about the mileage 250,000 and the extent of repair I would need on a high mileage car. I made the decision not to repair it weighing a major investment in a high mileage car and Kyle was there for me with a listening ear offering support.His presence at the service desk is very reassuring for me as he is very patient and thorough in trying to explain things on whatever issues I have had with my vehicle.
