onPretty straightforward. Took my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek in for 12k service which was, by the calendar, way overdue, as the pandemic and family illness have severely curtailed my driving. The dealership extended my warranty period to accommodate my situation, which I appreciated. I waited in their lobby as the service was performed, which took no more than the promised time. An employee even brought me a fresh brownie. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional, turning a long-deferred chore into a breeze.
