My husband and I were looking for our first Lexus (used) and Sergio Escarcega greeted us out in the snow. He was welcoming and showed us 3 vehicles that fit what we were looking for. He took a lot of time explaining all of the options and was very knowledgeable. The Lexus we bought was offered at a very good price with many complimentary services. There was no high pressure and all of the staff were very helpful. Not only did we get the car we wanted, but we left looking forward to having our car serviced at this dealership.
