Johnson Lexus picked up my old Lexus in Fayetteville, NC for some needed repairs. The car was 13 years old and the repair bill was going to be a lot more than I anticipated - even with an extended warranty that I had. So I asked Tanner in the Service Dept. to get me a trade in estimated value, which he did promptly. I decided to trade in for a previously owned ES350 and was introduced to Marcus Baldwin. I can't say enough about Marcus - he went above and beyond in my estimate. He found several options for me to pick from. Once I selected one, he passed me over to Finance, where they made the whole process very simple. This was all done over the phone and the next day Marcus himself delivered the car to my home in Fayetteville. Everybody at Johnson Lexus in Raleigh were great, but Marcus made my buying experience a pleasure, and the simplest car buying experience to date - and I am 80 years old - so have bought many vehicles before!!
