This was my first experience with Lexus…first luxury car experience overall. Eb was very professional and diligent in helping me find the perfect fit for me. I didn’t feel pressured and everything was throughly explained. I also received timely updates throughout the process. Overall, I had a 5 star experience from start to finish.
