wonder why this dealership is rated 4.9. It certainly should be a strong 5. I've been a customer for 16 years. I've only received top notch service even when my vehicle got old and worn. My curremt service rep Mike Steppe always took care of me. I just purchased a beautiful 2019 ES 350. EB short for Ebenezer my salesman made my experience an easy one. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made sure everything I needed and wanted happened. He even checked on me a couple days after and is still accessible. I can't be anymore please. I'm smiling 😃
