Outstanding service with very friendly and helpful staff

Just simply an outstanding experience from start to finish. Will and the group were a total joy to work with. Ford has made a real mess out of what should be a simple maintenance procedure of changing spark plugs. I have heard TONS of horror stories with these models and the plugs that were used and was quite apprehensive about the expected high bill. The Crescent team showed the quality of their work by completing the job in a fraction of the time expected and not a single bit of the horror stories I'd heard in the past. My truck is good as new and so is my confidence in Ford. Thank you.
