Crescent Ford
Dealership Service Review
When vehicle was purchased I decided to purchase Ford’s premium maintenance. After having vehicle brought in for scheduled maintenance and other issues, I found that what should have been done was not done accurately. Twice the tires were not rotated and not measured properly for wear. Also, the brake linings, which is what stops the vehicle, were not measured accurately. The measurements increased with each service, whereas, they should be decreasing. Hence , it’s concerning to me that I am relying on Crescent to assure that my vehicle is safe to operate. Imagine, I’m driving towing my trailer thinking my brakes are good ( measurement was 10mm). And that measurement was an “eyeballed measurement “as per the service advisor. What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid for this lack of accuracy. I paid to have staff to be condescending. As per one of the advisors “well at least you don’t have to pay anything “. Seriously. Considering this it makes me wonder…what else was not done? Your brochure states “drive on with peace of mind” and “confidence “. Crescent Ford has done anything but that. Other than sending me emails to take surveys about my experience (which I have), I have yet to hear from them to resolve these issues. Although they did send me a free Carfax lifetime report. Wow. I guess that’s how they resolve customer issues. Come on now. Do just do the job right!
