The only thing negative I have to say was after they were finished with our car they took us out in the service area to pay and I don’t think this is a safe place for customers to be. This is the first time this has happened. We usually pay in the lounge where we wait on our car and they explain what they did and we pay. I would think customers being out where the pits are would be a safety issue. I will continue to use Mike Johnson for my service needs, but I will request they take my payment in the waiting lounge. Thank you.
