Text function lacks a lot

If you want to reach them you may want to call.. Text function rates a 1..I got the first response in a couple of minutes about two trucks. Once they said they were checking on the price of the second truck it's like they disappeared. If you don't want the business this is a good way to go about it! I'll take my business elsewhere. If I'm not mistaking, there are plenty of Ford Dealerships in Charlotte.

Hello Mr. Munzell, I would like to check into this for you. We do advocate calling, texting and emailing. We should be using all methods until the customer responds.
