Pleasurable buying experience

I had contacted the dealership last year and was unable to finalize a sale; however I continued to search their website for the vehicle is wanted which was firm. In the last month I found the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Once I spoke to Julie she followed up with me and by the end of the day all worked out and three days later my purchase was done after almost two years of searching!
