I gave a five star rating because of my overall experience during a recent appointment for an oil change. First, these folks are doing a lot of things right. I purchased my vehicle at Sabates and have been there several times for service. Their customer focus is very good, and that's important to me. For this visit I liked being able to schedule an appointment and knowing I wouldn't be there half a day waiting to be worked in. The lobby waiting area was not crowded and the work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. Coffee was good. Service interaction was friendly and professional. Suggestions include being greeted when entering service dept and vehicle wash as part of service.
