onI brought my mustang in for an oil change and my service advisor was out sick. The service manager, Im not sure of his name, was friendly and quickly improvised to see that I would be helped by another advisor, Liza. Liza was great, she called one of the mechanics to her desk to have a converstaion with me about some of my concerns with my vehicle. She also took her time explaining to me how my service contract works. Great work team! I was in and out in about 2 hours. I drive past Ft. Mill Ford to have the experience I had here. The only thing I would change is to be offered a complementary car wash like some other dealers have done in the past.
