The reason I bring my car to you is because I have a maintenance contract with your dealership alone since I purchased my vehicle there. Otherwise, I would choose someone else because you are 45 mins - 1 hr. away from where I live. My last service was for a works package and wash. I arrived at 9:45 am and the car was ready at 2:30 pm. Entirely too long to wait for a basic service. Perhaps next time you won't overbook. Jennifer Wright said that there were 13 works packages that day. I waited 4 hrs. and 45 mins.!!!
