I brought my mother in law's car for a recall and I was taken care as though I bought the car there.ichael who took care of me was great and kept me posted on time frame and what was being done. This recall needed to remove front seats to install sensors an then be replaced. So it was not a 2 minute job. I've had many Toyotas and used them for service. The are fair and do a expert maintenance.
