Dealership Sales Review
The sales folks are pretty much OK. They've been well trained and really know how to make the customer feel he/she isn't being duped. But, they ARE car sales people, and that tells the story. They're friendly, calm, informative, knowledgeable. But: the buyer needs to know as much as possible before talking with these salespeople. On The Other Hand: The leasing person was arrogant, snotty, aloof, unwilling to answer questions. His attitude was: Don't bother to ask questions: We're not going to change anything in the lease documents no matter what you say or do. So, be quiet and sign these twenty-four papers. No, he didn't actually say any of those things, but all of that radiated from him during the entire forty minute lease process. [He did actually tell me to not bother reading most of the papers I had to sign.] Without question, one the the very worst experiences of my life. This is one customer who will NEVER deal with Westbury Toyota again. Not to buy. Not to lease.
