The worst service

onWish I could give less than one star. I scheduled an appointment to have my car checked out and fixed under warranty. It’s been almost 2 weeks and nothings been done. I was supposed to receive a phone call on Tuesday morning with an update….it’s now Thursday and I haven’t gotten a single call. I called today and as per usual when I call I get transferred to service and they never answer the phone. At this point I’ve had such a bad experience since day one of buying a car from them I’ll that I will never purchase another vehicle from Romeo. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
