I bought a vehicle from this dealership two weeks and ago and the process was quick and easy. I know people usually dislike how long car buying takes, but I was there for maybe an hour at most and everything went fluidly. The sales associate that helped me, Robert R., was friendly and explained the entire process. Paperwork was straight forward, the electronic system they use for payments and signing electronic documents was neat, and I left satisfied with my vehicle and experience. Anything I didn’t have with me was easily able to be brought in later that week as to not impede my time or ability to leave with the vehicle. Robert also walked me through all aspects of my vehicle before I left. I drove away having had all the gadgets, safety features, and vehicle systems explained to me (as well as being showed the information manuals in case I needed to look more into anything). There wasn’t a question left unanswered and I greatly appreciated the service.
