The reviews of this place acting shady and adding unnecessary and inexplicable charges are so true. I was told multiple times that the "Optional Equipment & A/S Warranty" were fees associated with registering and getting plates from the DMV. However the charge directly below that are the charges associated with registering and getting the plates from the DMV. I had noticed the charge after the invoice was signed and questioned him on it before he could take the paperwork to his office. As we received the keys and documents he conveniently forgot to add the invoice. I had to request a copy as I left the dealership. Just an added side note: I asked what exactly does the $399 entail since its associated with registering and getting plates for the car and he said they hire a third party company to register the car and get the title and the plates. Funny thing about that is I literally just registered and got plates for a car and paid $198.50 so curious how a place that does these transactions at VOLUME pays such a premium. Makes you wonder what that $175 charge is actually for then... If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
