Tarrytown Honda

Went in and bought a CRV Ex, waiting for it to be delivered. I have left messages with the finance department and manager about the rate of loan. I filled out an application and no one calls back to confirm the loan or the rate. I want to have everything settled by the time the car comes in. IAlso I saw on their website that 6 models were in stock. I was told that these were the cars that are expected. Three days later down to 4 models. Called to see if they are in. Again, no one calls. They took my deposit and now I am hanging in limbo.
