Tarrytown Honda

I purchased a car from them and entered my truck for cash for clunkers. We sighned a binding contract for the sale. They told me they just had to grab it from another dealer and that it would be in in a few days. Told me I should get my truck ready, so I went home and cut out plow, tailer, remote start etc etc etc. Six days later they said then could not get the car. They denied my contract was anything but a purchase request at first, then told me it was subject to locating the vehicle. All Lies!!! I told them I was not canceling my contract but then they refunded my money without my permission 3 days later. Now I have no new car and my truck is destroyed. They simply tell me there is nothing they can do other then order a 2010 without any discounts. Also a lie!!! They can take a loss for thier mistake and get me the 2009 I ordered or get me a 2010 and give it to me for the price our contract is for. Now the money that was going to this car is currently going to an attorny who is researching my case.......Thanks for nothing
