Warning warning warning!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy anything from these people. They are a bunch of [non-permissible content removed]. They have fake carfax vehicle reports online to try to get you to come in. When you question them about it they already have lies ready. My car had a 3,000 mile difference from the carfax report that was updated just 6 weeks before and they tried to say it's because they drive the car a little to keep it warmed up. So in 6 weeks they drove the car 3,000 miles?! The sales woman Anissa is a nasty dishonest horrible woman. Avoid her if you can. I came to them 3 times during my first 3 months, twice in the first 6 weeks of having the car, because I was experiencing issues and every time they said there was nothing wrong with the car and turned me away. According to New York Lemon law they are required by law to fix any issues I have with the car at no charge. Clearly they didn't want to do this. They definitely played on the fact that I was a "little girl" who knows nothing about cars. As soon as 3 months passed then all of a sudden they wanted to acknowledge all the issues I was having with the car and charge ridiculous amounts. They are [non-permissible content removed]!! Do not go to them if you don't want to lose money. It is a shame that they have to treat customers the way they do.
