Curry Acura

This is my 6th Acura purchase, but first and most likely last from Curry (4 others from Acura Westchester, 1 from Wappingers). If the review was just for our Product Specialist, Steve Neubauer, it would be 5 stars. However, it's for the complete dealer experience. Spoke to Steve 2 days prior to visiting re: a specific MDX A-Spec. Curry was the only dealer within 2 hours that had this model and color package. Steve was a consummate professional from call to dealership visit and test drive. When discussing final pricing, he mentioned needing to check with his Sales Manager, Yuri Abramov. We were off by $1.5K. That's when things fell apart. Yuri sat down and quickly said: "When I come over it's to save a deal, but I'm letting you know there's no way this is happening. So what are we going to do?" I said I would be happy to meet in the middle to which he replied "absolutely not." I told him to have a good night and that I was going to purchase my second choice elsewhere the next day. Steve stopped me at the door to apologize. I wished him the best but let him know I was very unhappy with Yuri's attitude. The next morning Steve reached out to apologize again and ask if I was still willing to split the difference on the price gap. I said that would be fine and purchased the vehicle the next day. After signing paperwork, I was told by Finance (Dimitiri Davidoff) that it would be easier to just email all of the paperwork, which was fine. Only after multiple calls and emails did I actually receive the email. If I could rate individually, I'd give Steve a 5, Yuri 1, and Dimitri 3. Definitely not my best Acura experience. Guessing anything 4 star and above did not involve Yuri.
