onI posted a 3 star review previously, but I'd like to upgraded to a 5 stars. I understand that there were mistakes done form MB Service, and even maybe from me, but the service manager called me and gave me a sincere apology. I think that takes a lot of guts, even though is the right thing to do, but in today's society this kind of business considerations almost is extinct, and I do appreciate when I see a business that understands and accepts when there is an issue and how to fix it. Thank you MB Service for taking care of the issue that triggered my initial bad review. Sincerely, Julio
