Not Happy...

onI have to say, I wasn't happy. Lot's of back patting and smiles, but service could have been better. Went in for a recall, they said they didn't find the problem. Went in for an oil change/inspection, and 6 hours later, I'm out of there with a 65.76 bill. Really surprised because they used to stand behind things. Well, some of the people there are still good to deal with, but Service Dept could use a brush up.
