Bob Johnson's is the worst representation of a GM product and customer service ever. Once they've made the sale, you're on your own from there. No support from this dealership and the vehicle is never ready when promised even when they call you and say it is. You get to the shop and next thing they are saying you will need a rental because the car ISN'T fixed! Now you get to pay for insurance on the rental. What a racket!! This happened to me 4 different times. WHAT? Watch out for oil changes and tire rotations....made an appointment for these two services, they put it up on the rack, changed the oil and lowered the car back down and not rotating the tires yet they still charged it to my billl(good thing I was standing outside the bay door watching them on a beautiful summer morning). I confronted the service tech and was told they would do it the next time I came in.....NOT. Made them put it back on the rack and rotate them!! Just one of many issues with BJ's. They do not admit to flaws with their vehicles or stand behind any warranty. Recalls should have been made for many reasons, not just a single reason and they know it!!!!! Loving my new NISSAN ALTIMA!!!
