Watch out for the 'bait and switch' tactics

onAfter working with the sales person (Randy) for almost 2 hours, we agreed on a deal for a 2008 Cobalt. Little did we know that the Finance and Sales managers would change the deal, at the last minute, to a 2007 model that we never even looked at and didn't want. Everyone was very apologetic, but we knew that we had been scammed.
