In previous visits to your dealership(s) I must say that I was not so pleased with some of the things I encountered (i.e. the unprofessionalism of the finance team at the poughkeepsie site and the sales team at the Beacon site; the long wait for vehicle servicing), but this was the best experience that I've had. I believe the Service coordinator's name was Joe and he was very professional and courteous , he knew the approx wait time and had me in and out within the said time.
