Healey Chevrolet

This seems to be a careless organization from the top down. The sales process was awful, the rep was impatient and the pricing process deceptive, so I purchased the car elsewhere. Still, I used this dealer for service because they are near my home. Twice, they failed to address he repair issue and at least once failed to even recrd the service visit (per NY law). Their ownership are unreachable - telephone and email is a secret. I wonder why they have no interest in hearing customer complaints? Obviously, they just don't care. I'll drive to the next dealer (20 miles) for my service needs.
