Friendly Honda

Bought first Odyssey from them 6 years ago, the experience wasn't that great as it involved way too much haggling. A few weeks ago, received a sales push letter from the owner of the dealership saying they're offering employee discount until January 4th. In the spirit of supporting local business, we went in to see what kind of deal they have for a 2016 Odyssey. What a treat it turned out to be - not only they had the model and color we preferred, the initial offer made by the very friendly salesperson, Charles, for both the new car and trade-in was so decent, we accepted without any further haggling, they even threw in wheel locks. This time they really live up to their name - being Friendly ! While it took them quite a while to get the new Odyssey ready, as they were delivering many cars that afternoon, the whole process was absolutely straight and smooth.
