I have just purchased my third vehicle from Friendly Honda since December 2010, including 2 vehicles this year. In each case I shopped quite extensively and did not set out to blindly buy from Friendly. There are several dealerships much closer to where I live, but in each case I was drawn to the dealership by the professional, patient & responsive Friendly environment. In particular my salesperson Kenney S exhibited all of the above in the 2 new vehicle purchases I completed with him this year.
