Patrick Feliciotto, our salesperson, is a true professional. Leasing our new Accord was a pleasure and he really took the tme to explain every aspect of the lease and all he bells and whistles included in our new EX. The rest of the staff at Friendly couldn't have been more helpful. They set up all the paperwork and there weren't any hidden surprises, as we've experienced in the past at other dealerships. We bought 3 cars in the past from Friendly, and this is our 1st lease. They have a customer for life, and we will recommend them to any person looking to buy or lease.
