Outstanding experience! I don't like buying cars because of previous bad experiences at various dealerships. I found Friendly Honda to have a professional, courteous sales staff that wasn't trying to force me into a car. They let me take my time. In fact, their email and phone follow-up was great! No pressure, just wanted to make sure they did everything right. After Honda, I test drove a Camry and Altima on Route 9. Honestly, the Honda was the best ride and they were the most aggressive on price. Before buying, I wanted to see the Service Department, as that's where I'll be for oil changes, etc. The service department building is amazing! They even have a whole kids section for parents to sit down, relax, and their kids be entertained. What a great feature. Long story short, the Accord EX-L 4 cylinder drives fantastic, averaging 35 MPG for me, looks great, comfortable for my daily drives to NYC or Long Island, and has lots of cool features I'm still discovering. Great job by Friendly. My sales rep was Justin. Thought he was great. But, then again, everyone I met at Friendly was great. Please keep one thing in mind when entering a car dealership. You're interested in buying a car and they're interested in selling you one. The difference with Friendly Honda is they're interested in selling you the car that you want - not something sitting on their lot. Have fun. I did.
