Bought a 2013 Honda Accord Touring demo car, my fourth new car. Had to trade in a German luxury brand lease due to excess mileage from a longer commute. Worked with Chaz G. - he was friendly, straight forward, wasn't pushy in any way or gimmicky and worked hard to help me terminate my lease with no negative equity. Friendly kept me apprised after I committed to the car. In addition, Friendly gave me a fair price on my trade in, a great price on the new Accord and worked hard to make sure the new car met my expectations. I was a demanding customer and Chaz and the staff exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended Chaz and it's only been two weeks since I finalized the deal. P.S. - the car is far better overall than my trade-in.
