I went to Friendly Honda with my wife intending to purchase a used Accord to replace her older Accord. We wound up buying a new Civic instead. I felt very comfortable with the decision - there was no pressure from the sales staff. Everything about the process was top notch: browsing, trade-in, sale, delivery. Our salesperson was Rick S. and I would highly recommend him. He has about 33 years of experience at Friendly and he is very knowledgeable about cars. We felt that we were treated very well. The whole team was very supportive - the receptionists, the prep department and the service department.
