The gentleman and ladies were awesome. Carlos was so professional and relaxed to be around. The team at Friendly Honda are a delightful group. Jimmy L and the management team have a great work atmosphere. Carlos had everything ready for me from a few used cars to test drive. Then it was a tough decision to make as they were so supportive. Carlos and Jimmy brought up a few different views on new and used and thanks. I decided to go new as Carlos said good choice and many thanks to JimmyL as a fine person. That was one the most comfortable dealerships to go into ever. Honestly one of the most and I had a bad experience with a high end retailer and this company Friendly Honda was a 10.
