I was in a time crunch, needed a used replacement for my 2002 Civic within a few days, saw a used GEM (in my eyes) on their website, looked at it, signed for it, love it!!! Thanks for the extra paperwork push! Thanks again! Love it! Great team work, I must say, great customer service!
