Friendly Honda

The sales staff was helpful and familiar with the features of the Accord in which I was interested. I was deciding betwee three makes of cars and it was the excellent way I was treated that convinced me to decide on buying from Friendly Honda. I informed Sales Consultant Michael G. of my intentions to visit other dealerships while shopping around. Michael G. and the rest of the sales team made me an offer and did not pressure me at all into making a decision on the spot. Ultimately that is why I returned to this dealership and completed the sale. Furthermore, Michael G. kept me well informed of the next steps of the purchase throughout the sale and ensured that my delivery requests were handled and completed.
