Friendly Honda

I just bought a car at Friendly 3 days ago. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. It was so easy. I saw a car online that they had and I wanted. Went in the next day and saw salesman Jimmy S. He was a pleasure to deal with. They took the time to look at my trade-in and offered me a very fair price for it (not my experience at other dealerships). There was no haggling over the price of the vehicle I wanted - the price I saw online was the price I was given. Applied for credit and they called the next day to say the car was on hold for me pending my credit approval. And they actually removed the car from their online inventory immediately (unlike other dealerships I've dealt with). Went in two days later to pick up car and everything was ready. They even had all of my out of state registration paperwork ready to go for me. The finance guy Colin O. made time to take my calls and answer all of my questions. Never felt like I was just another sale or like I was being blown off. It was very refreshing to have such a smooth, easy experience buying a car. I WILL return to Friendly for my next vehicle and will let others know all about it. Thanks guys.
