Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

We were going through a tough time with a Grand Cherokee that we leased from another dealership. We were constantly repairing it after only 2 years. We contacted the owner Sean and expressed our frustration. Sean immediately got us in contact with the manager at Dutchess, Phil. Phil was amazing. He listened to our problem and addressed it quickly and with no drama or games. Phil was able to take care of the remaining months on our lease and got us into a brand new 2020 Grand Cherokee the same day. Phil asked Nick to assist us with the paperwork and you couldn’t have had a nicer, more sincere salesperson. It was a great experience I thank all of them for taking care of me and my family.
