Bad Customer service and Communication

onThey do not appreciate the fact that people work late? and they do not give you the correct information about the Extended Warranty. Apparently Brady and Audrey do not communicate. I was told by Brady at least 3 times i had the 7 year/ 100.000 mile warranty, which will cover the Repair for my Wheel Bearings. I dropped the car off on the 25th after 5, like i told Brady, he said no problem. I got there he was not there, he had to come back to give me the loaner and take care of my car. Again i asked to make sure there was no charge and said Yes. I received a call today from Audrey, saying i do not have the Warranty that Brady told me i had. So my car is not fixed. Della Is a TERRIBLE DEALER SHIP

I am not sure who you spoke to but i was not offered any Discount. Audrey left a note in the Work order saying they did not charge me for the inspection because of all the Warranty Issues. My car was washed out side an someone tried to wash the inside of windshield it is oily. I do not bring my car there for Service because it is Too Expensive. The lack of Communication between People is Simply Mind boggling. The service has not been the same since the New Ownership.

Hi Gayle,
I researched your complaint as I wanted to make sure we did not make a mistake. Customer satisfaction is paramount to our mission statement.
We did not make a mistake.
You purchased your 2015 from McBrides Subaru. It took a bit of time to research your warranty inasmuch as we purchased the dealership 4 years ago.
You have a 5 year, 60,000 mile extended warranty. The last and final time you used the warranty was in 2019. Coincidently, that was the last time you visited our service department. Your warranty expired 07/25/2020. Two years ago.
As a courtesy, we did not charge you for the rental car we extended to you nor did we charge you for the diagnostic time. We also offered you a discount on the needed repairs which you declined.
I hope this clarifies matters.
